Refund & Return Policy

At Delki Health, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email sean@delkihealth.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide detailed return instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
