What You Need to Know About the PowerOsci LGT-2360S

Each PowerOsci LGT-2360S system includes:

  • LGT-2360S main unit with battery
  • Applicator handle
  • 2 white pin lead wires for electrodes
  • 2 gray applicator/titanium element lead wires
  • 5.5 cm oscillating head
  • 10 cm oscillating head
  • Titanium neutral element
  • Wall adapter and USB power cord
  • Zipper carrying case
  • Device stand
  • 4 self-adhesive electrodes
  • User manual

The LGT-2360S creates a pulsed electrostatic field between the applicator and the patient’s tissue. As the applicator moves, or as a clinician works through gloved hands, the tissue is gently attracted and released in a rhythmic oscillating pattern. This creates a pumping and vibrating effect within the soft tissue.

Different frequencies can be used depending on treatment goals:

  • Low frequencies (5 to 25 Hz) are associated with a stronger pumping effect
  • Medium frequencies (25 to 80 Hz) support relaxation and circulation
  • High frequencies (80 to 300 Hz) are used for more superficial tissue work

The device allows clinicians to tailor treatment using adjustable frequency, intensity, on/off ratio, and staged timing.

PowerOsci LGT-2360S is intended for muscle relaxation, increased circulation, assistance with lymphatic drainage, temporary relief of minor aches and pains, edema reduction, and improvement of wound healing. PowerOsci LGT-2360S can be used in several treatment setups depending on the clinical goal. In clinician-assisted treatment, a provider may work through gloves or use the applicator while the patient holds the titanium neutral element or uses an electrode setup. PowerOsci LGT-2360S can also be used with an applicator-based approach for more targeted treatment, and self-treatment is possible only after appropriate clinician instruction. This flexibility makes PowerOsci LGT-2360S useful for clinics that want more than one treatment approach within a single system.

PowerOsci LGT-2360S combines portability with customizable clinical functionality. PowerOsci LGT-2360S includes 17 preset protocols across athletic, rehab, chiropractic, and continuing care applications, along with up to 5 saved custom programs for clinics that want repeatable treatment setups. PowerOsci LGT-2360S features a 2.8-inch LCD screen, adjustable frequency from 5 to 300 Hz, adjustable output intensity displayed from 0 to 100%, and treatment times of up to 90 minutes divided into as many as three stages. PowerOsci LGT-2360S also includes a rechargeable 3.7V, 2600 mAh lithium battery that lasts about 6 hours and recharges in under 3 hours, making the device practical for busy clinical environments that need both portability and treatment flexibility.

Description

The PowerOsci creates “a pulsed electric therapeutic electrostatic field which is built up within the applicator and the patient’s tissue.” As the therapist moves the hand applicator or their gloved hands, “a vibrating or pumping effect with deep impact is induced in the patient’s tissue.” Longest describes the sensation this way: “The stimulation is felt like an oscillation inside the tissue, which relaxes the underlying muscles.”

Uses listed by Longest: muscle relaxation, increased circulation, assistance with lymphatic drainage, temporary relief of minor aches and pains, edema reduction, and improvement of wound healing.

Fields of application, per Longest: pre- and post-surgical care, including orthopedic surgery; sports medicine, including sports injuries; and neurological rehabilitation, including mobility difficulties and pain. Preset protocols are grouped for athletic, rehab, chiropractic and continuing care settings.
